[BAMBOO] SAN FRANCISCO TRAVELOGUE : BOUDIN BAKERY & CAFE

After LA, my family and I drove down to San Francisco for a few days before heading back to Malaysia, ending our US trip officially. As a tourist, Boudin Bakery was the to go places for a warm, creamy Clam Chowder in a sourdough bread bowl.

Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl

The clam chowder was impressive with bits of clams in it. Obviously, cause it's CLAM chowder. But seriously, it was good. The bread bowl however, wasn't really good. I don't know... Maybe it's because I'm used to the naturally fermented sour dough breads from Yin's Sourdough Bakery back in Penang, I find this one not as good. But definitely give it a try if you're in the Bay Area.
