[BAMBOO] K-W REGION FOOD ADVENTURES : PHO DAU BO

Nothing is better than a warm bowl of Pho on a cold winter day! Pho Dau Bo has many locations throughout Ontario and is the first place I go for a bowl of Pho. I always visit Pho Dau Bo every Saturday after having my grocery shopping done in the Farmer's Market. I have never been disappointed in the food.

Phở Tái Sách
(RARE BEEF AND BEEF TRIPE NOODLE SOUP)

BÚN THỊT NƯỚNG, CHẢ GIÒ BÌ
(VERMICILLI NOODLE SERVED WITH SPRING ROLLS, BBQ PORK AND SHREDDED PORK)

The food was served to us very fast and even the look of it made us hungry. The pho was flavourful and tasty. The beef was served rare and the broth cooks the meat as they are being served, preventing the beef from being overcooked and tough. The BÚN was served with a generous amount of of shredded pork, bbq pork and vegetables. After adding in the fish sauce into the noodles, it takes the dish to a whole new level of tastiness.
