A trip to South Cali is never complete without a visit to the famous In-N-Out burgers. Never would I expected to see an hour long line waiting for burgers at 12am. But In-N-Out did it.

The crowd at 1am
As we were waiting in line, we caught a glimpse of the kitchen where workers were busy preparing the food. It was surprise to see that the fries were actually being made fresh. A worker was busy cutting the fries with this machine thingy from actual fresh potatoes! Take that frozen fries! The burgers were also being grilled on spot. After taking the first bite into the juice burger, I realized why there was a long line at 1am. It was just that good!
